Omaja
An interdisciplinary work in progress, co-created with two artists: Marija Stojković, a set designer and video artist, and Olga Uzikaeva, a choreographer.
It touches upon the phantasmagorical narrative of a fairly traditional fairy tale, drawing on Jung’s theory of archetypes and reversing the process of interpretation.
Inputting deep layers of unconscious’ symbolics into the text written by Jasna Kinđić, concept creator and composer.
Omaja has been performed in Magacin Showcase, Belgrade.
